Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Nursing Diagnoses

NURSING DIAGNOSES

Case = Patient has got post traumatic disorder, that causes, she’s got violent, and sexual abuse. The vital sign check are Blood pressure 130/80 mmHg, Heart beat 90/minutes , freq of breath 20 (depend on time), body temperature 36^oC . And this is the diagnoses :

1. Disturbing the physical condition of the patient related to the process of disease.

a. Subjective data.

· Feeling dizziness.

· Hard to breath.

· Can’t sleep well/nightmare.

· Lost appetite.

b. Objective data.

· Vital sign :

ü Blood pressure 130/80 mmHg,

ü Heart beat 110/minutes , Tachicardi.

ü freq of breath 26 (depend on time), tachipnea.

ü body temperature 36^oC.

· Hard to sleep.

· Her face show, she was mortified the pain.

2. Disturbing the cognitive condition of the patient related to the process of disease.

a. Subjective data.

· Confused.

· Forgetful.

· Imagination a memory thats she’s hate, over and over.

b. Objective data.

· Out of focus, she didn’t concentration.

· Can’t analysis and planning a simple things.

· Dazed.

· Unabillty to take a decision.

· Deny the reality.

3. Disturbing emotional condition of the patient related to the process of disease.

a. Subjective data.

· Shy

· Hallucination and depressed.

· Angry.

· Nightmare.

b. Objective data.

· She seems, she was Feel guilty.

· Anxiety and frightened.

· Repetetive behavior.

4. Disturbing social condition of the patient related to the process of disease.

a. Subjective data.

· Agressive

· Bad preconception.

· Become disolate.

· Feel refused.

b. Objective data.

· Devided her self to another people.

· Conflict with the enviroment.

The theory of Etiology.

PhysicoDynamics

Ego clients have experienced severe trauma, often perceived as a threat to physical integrity or self-concept. This causes severe anxiety which can not be controlled by the ego and manifested in the form of symptomatic behavior. Because the ego becomes vulnerable, the superego can punish and cause individuals to feel guilty about the traumatic event. Id can be domianan, causing uncontrollable impulsive behavior.

Biologic

From the results of the research, abnormalities in the storage, disposal, and elimination of catecholamines that affect brain function in the locus ceruleus, amygdala and hippocampus. Hypersensitivity in the locus ceruleus can cause a person can not learn. Amygdala as memory storage. Hippocampus generate coherent narrative, as well as the location of time and space. Can inhibit the hyperactivity in the amygdala of the brain make sense of relationships in his memory so that a memory is stored in the form of nightmares, flashbacks, and other physical symptoms.

Family dynamic.

Type of formal education, family life, and lifestyle are estimates of significant occurrence of PTSD. Success in education below average, parents' negative behavior, and poverty of parents is a predictor for development of PTSD.

NURSING PRIORITY.

1. Give the safety to the client.

2. Help client to increase the self concept and get back the control feeling about her behaviors.

3. Help the asertif behavior progress, doesn’t the agressive behavior.

4. Increase the comprehension about what happen right now is causes by herself.

5. Help client or her family to learn how the way to keep their health to face or adapt in realistic on changed or past event.

Jumper adalah sebutan seseorang yang dapat berteleport/berpindah dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain,..mereka bisa traveling dengan hanya mengingat gambar tempat yang akan mereka tuju... Fun? of course..! siapa yang gag mau punya kekuatan kayak begitu..? hehe... but waits,,, jumper have an enemy too, they were call paladin... hehe, mau lebih tau gimana spesifik ceritannya? main ke rental, ambil Dvdnya, dan selamat menonton...^^

Gausah tanya kenapa saya memilih film ini, bagi pecinta film, pasti tau film ini, dibintangi oleh pasangan aktor dan aktris terseksi di jagad hollywood. Mereka berperan sebagai mata-mata yang berbeda perusahaannya padahal secara tidak sengaja (hahahaha) mereka suami istri, dan akhirnya ditugaskan untuk saling membunuh,..
pecinta film harus nonton...alur ceritanya menarik, dan actionnya juga bagus,menurut gw adegan yang paling keren pas fighting di rumahnya... hahaha...

3 sekuel film ini berhasil menyabet rentetan penghargaan perfilman bergengsi di hollywood...
dengan sekuel pertamanya LOTR fellowship of the rings, lalu LOTR two towers dan LOTR the return of the king... film kolosal yang bagus, dan favorite saya sejak SMP, habis legolas dari bangsa elfnya keren bangeeeeettt (hehehe...)... film ini mengingatkan saya dengan game DOTA, bagi gamers pasti mengerti maksud saya...

awalnya saya kira filmnya jelek, lama-lama ketagihan nonton,... di film ini keliatan banget strategi perangnya, terus kebudayaan china yang menarik banget menambah kualitas film ini... intinya yang suka film perang, harus nonton... film ini mengingatkan saya dengan game dynasty warior di PS2...



4 film aja dulu ya, tunggu Update-an dari saya, hahaha saya lagi (sok) sibuk, minggu-minggu ini...biasa UTS dan segala tugas" kuliah yang tidak berperikemanusiaan.... see yaa...

well... London...oh London..!
dari kecil cita-cita saya adalah pergi ke london, duduk di taman kota sambil mengunyah roti manis dan membaca buku, atau memberi makan burung dara di sana...

London adalah ibukota UK (United Kingdom), negara yang masih menganut sistem kerajaan, pangkat tertingginya adalah Queen elizabeth...
banyak sekali berita konspirasi yang berlatar belakang negara ini, tapi di posting saya yang satu ini saya gag mau membahas keadaan politik disana atau apalah... yang saya mau bahas adalah keindahan negara ini dan kota besarnya dan alasan saya ingin sekali menginjakan kaki di kota london... lets check this out...

1. LONDON EYE >> kincir raksasa terbesar yang banyak menarik minat untuk di naiki, why? karena kalau kita menaiki salah satu kapsul dari kincir ini kita bisa melihat panorama kota london dari atas, coba di malam hari saat lampu-lampu di kota sedang berpijar... benar-benar
keren... waw you have to try it on...!
2. TOWER OF LONDON >> tempat penyimpanan perhiasaan kerajaan inggris. (*_*)
3. BUCKINGHAM PALACE >> tempat tinggal resmi ratu inggris, setiap awal musim panas ada ruangan khusus yang dibuka untuk umum, diperuntukkan untuk para turis... Waww mau.mau.mau...
4. TATE MODERN >> terletak di dekat St Paul Cathedral di belahan sungai themes.
5. MUSEUM OF LONDON Jika tertarik dengan sejarah london, disinilah tempat yang harus dikunjungi (Hands UP!!!)
6. BRITISH MUSEUM, well disini kamu tidak akan menemukan benda peninggalan tentara inggris atau apalah yang berbau orang-orang di negara ini, yang ada disini adalah benda purba peninggalan bangsa yunani.. (boleh juga..hehe...)
6. TRAFALGAR SQUARE salah satu tempat yang banyak dikunjungi turis, terkenal dengan keempat patung singa yang besar... (notebene = lambang kerajaan kan 4 singa).

selain tempat-tempat itu, kabarnya (karena saya belum pernah kesana..hehe..) masih banyak tempat wisata lainnya yang mesti dikunjungi....
hemm... kayaknya jalan kaki waktu malam di london bagus juga, melihat-lihat toko-toko di pinggiran jalan, apalagi kalau musim dingin... hehehe.. what a wonderful...
